Noah's First Birthday
There's something magical that happens when you put a large piece of chocolate cake in front of a one-year old! Today was Noah's first birthday... His smile, laughter and joy radiated as his family gathered around to celebrate his first year of life. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to capture these first moments. Just look at his face! It doesn't get any cuter than that!

Alicia and Chuck
Filipino pride! It was so nice to spend the day with such a fun and down to earth couple. Not to mention, it was also nice to be able to joke about our stereotypical Filipino heritage while walking down the windy streets of Downtown Bakersfield. Alicia and Chuck have been together for ten years and yet they are still able to make each other laugh with just one subtle glance. It was easy to capture the spark between them because they are such a beautiful couple!

Naomi
As I get closer to becoming a father, I have more opportunities to be around babies. Or maybe, I'm just more self conscious of when babies are around me. I don't know what it is, but I feel like I'm getting ready to be a father, yet I have no idea what I'm doing or what I'm in for. I don't know how to change a diaper yet or what a Baby Bumbo is, but I know that no one will love this girl more than I will. And I haven't even met her yet. I can't wait for Sophia to be born.
Here are some pictures of baby Naomi. She was a perfect model. She didn't cry once.

Jasmine Star Workshop
I just came from Jasmine Star's workshop and it was THE BEST WORKSHOP I have ever attended. I met some amazing photographers and learned so much. Thank you Jasmine for being Awesome. Thank you JD, Martin and Shawn for not letting me be the only guy. Thank you Brittany and Zach for being absolutely beautiful. Thank you Vivian Tran for making them more beautiful. I thank all the other amazing photographers that I had the opportunity to meet and work with at this workshop. And thank you God for blessing me each and every day with my beautiful wife, my soon to be beautiful daughter and my ability to shoot my passion.

Honey and Andy
This is Honey and Andy. They are our babies. For now. I don't know how they will take it when Sophia is born and they will lose the center of attention. They are extremely codependent and spoiled. We sometimes call them fried chicken and mashed potatoes because that is what they look like when they are next to each other. My cousin thinks Honey, left, looks like Splinter from the ninja turtles. But I think she looks like Chewbacca from Star Wars.
